HCG: Game Changer In Weight Loss Program
There are two sides to this story which states that HCG or human chorionic gonadotropin diet which has been popular for many years maintains that there will be a loss of weight from 1 to 2 pounds with no signs of hunger during the day. But FDA calls this diet very fraudulent and misleading.

2) HCG hormone administered via injection.

It can be summed up as HCG Diet that makes use of a combination of HCG diet and an extremely low calorie diet to make this HCG Diet successful.
The debate is one-sided in that some proponents of HCG diet maintain its veracity over claims of weight-loss but there are revealing points that state that weight loss is due to consuming low-calorie diet and had nothing to do with HCG hormone. So this takes a beating for HCG diet that was purported to be the game changer in weight loss ordeal but is of no significance for there is no evidence which shows that HCG alone is responsible for that weight -loss. It has been acutely verified that the weight loss is due to the low calorie intake and not due to HCG diet, which is not responsible for reducing hunger also.
One common side-effect of a genuine weight-loss program which has been noticed is that the considerable reduction in fat loss and not muscle-mass which is so with HCG Diet, because HCG diet only burns muscle and claims stating that HCG diet produces a growth induced state is very misleading and untrue.
This also is construed from the above facts that there are many more ways to prevent muscle loss and metabolic slowdown than consuming HCG diet.
The HCG diet is a very low calorie and very low-fat diet. The HCG diet plan is generally practiced in these three steps.
Loading Phase: Start taking HCG diet and eat plenty of High-fat high -calorie food for two days.
Weight-loss phase: Continue taking HCG and reduce your eating habits to only 500 cals per day for 5 to 6 weeks.
Maintenance phase: Stop taking HCG and gradually increase your food intake but avoid starch and sugar for 3 to 6 weeks.
